By making a booking with BoxStop x Boiler Room, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before booking or attending any class, session or event.

1. Bookings

  1. All classes and sessions must be booked in advance through the BoxStop x Boiler Room booking system, unless otherwise stated.
  2. A booking reserves your place in the selected class, session or event. Places are limited and are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
  3. Bookings are personal to the individual who made the booking and must not be transferred to another person without prior approval from BoxStop x Boiler Room.
  4. By making a booking, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and that you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Cancellations

  1. All class cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before the scheduled start time of the class (Europe/London).
  2. If you cancel within the 12-hour cancellation window, your booking credit will not be returned and any payment made for the booking will be non-refundable.
  3. If you cancel at least 12 hours before the class starts, your booking credit will be returned to your account, subject to the terms of your membership or booking package.
  4. Repeated late cancellations may result in restrictions being placed on future bookings.

3. No-shows

  1. If you book a class but fail to attend without cancelling within the permitted cancellation period, this will be treated as a no-show.
  2. No-shows will result in the booking credit being forfeited and no refund being issued.
  3. Repeated no-shows may result in your ability to pre-book classes being restricted or suspended.

4. Late arrival

  1. Please arrive in sufficient time to check in and prepare for your session.
  2. For health, safety and coaching reasons, you may be refused entry if you arrive significantly late to a class.
  3. If you are refused entry due to late arrival, this will normally be treated as a no-show and the relevant booking credit will not be returned.

5. Class cancellation by BoxStop x Boiler Room

  1. BoxStop x Boiler Room reserves the right to cancel, postpone or change a class, session or event where reasonably necessary.
  2. This may include, but is not limited to, low attendance, instructor availability, operational issues, maintenance, safety concerns, adverse weather, unforeseen circumstances or events outside our reasonable control.
  3. Where BoxStop x Boiler Room cancels a class due to low numbers or another reason within our control, all affected booking credits will be returned to the customer’s account.
  4. Where applicable, customers may instead be offered the opportunity to transfer their booking to another suitable class.
  5. Where a class is cancelled by BoxStop x Boiler Room, customers will not be charged for the cancelled session.
